Supporting Community
Dear Friends ~
As we continue to reflect on the unprecedented times we live in now, we are forced to reflect on the past and consider where we go from here. In May we were updating our friends and family about the effects of the Coronavirus Pandemic on the small business community. Challenging ourselves to find new & innovative ways to support one another, from a distance. Today, we see a community struggling with yet another crisis, one of which brings political and social unrest.
Although we recognize change is not easy, and we still have a long road ahead, we must come together as a community to foster the change that we so desperately need. We believe this change comes from within. Within ourselves, our communities, and our leadership. Supporting one another during these times and making an effort to move past the violence and hatred that is tearing this country apart. We join our friends in the community in making the commitment to stop, listen, and learn – empowering ourselves to make informed decisions and to take action. We will continue our involvement with the local non-profit & business groups that are working to create the change, awareness, and action within our community! We are better than this. Therefore, we must do better!
In the meantime, it’s summertime in Charleston! With these record breaking days, come a multitude of ways to cleanse the mind, body, & spirit. Weather it’s a paddle out or a sail around, we remind ourselves to take the time to create a balance between work & life. Cleansing the mind, body, and spirit. There are so many ways to take advantage of our beautiful lowcountry landscape – we hope you take time to enjoy!
Amidst these ever changing and challenging times, we are beyond grateful for the opportunities that we are given and the collaborations that we are so fortunate to be a part of. Here’s a glimpse of what we’ve been up to! We thank you for your continued support during this time!
Stay happy & healthy
